This was the very first model of B&O that I ever saw. It was this BeoMaster 1900 model that started my love affair with Bang & Olufsen. 30 years later, I still have my 1900 and 4 other B&O systems have enjoyed their stay with me over these many years. The 1900 is indeed a classic in design and technology and laid the foundation for many wonderful B&O products that came afterwards.

I purchased my Beomaster 1900 in February of 1977. For 31 years it worked as beautifully as it looked (until one channel ceased to function).
Perhaps it’s time I took it in for repairs.
Thanks B&O.
